Aerosol containers

Aerosol packaging is quickly gaining popularity and is used in various industries.

Aerosol container can be used to package chemicals, cosmetics, food, pesticides, cleaning agents and many other products.

We produce three-piece steel aerosol containers with or without printing that have the following advantages:

an excellent ability to protect the product;
attractive appearance, emphasized by a high-quality print;
environmentally friendly – containers are made of 100% recyclable material;
high pressure tolerance which makes it suitable for many different products.

Various sizes

Metaprint’s selection of products includes aerosol containers in various diameters and sizes. We produce necked-in and straight-side aerosol containers in diameters of 52 mm, 57 mm or 65 mm, from 100 ml to 1,000 ml.

Pressure tolerance

for necked-in containers the pressure tolerance is 18 bar;
for straight-side containers the pressure tolerance is 15 bar.

Additional possibilities

Add a tactile warning mark that is in compliance with the standard EN ISO 11683 Packaging. Tactile warnings of danger: requirements.
Coat the welded seam and inside surface of the container so it can be used for aggressive substances or that the hygiene requirements for food can be ensured.

Containers with printing

By adding high-quality printing, the packaging can be made more distinct and attractive. Metaprint has the capability to print even the most complicated designs. Flexibility is ensured using different technologies – conventional offset and UV-offset. For small print runs, digital printing is used.

Accordance with international standards:

Aerosol container is a standardized product. Standardization ensures product safety as well as compatibility with valves and plastic caps from different suppliers. Aerosol containers manufactured by Metaprint are in accordance with international standards as well as market and product-specific standards.
